How it Works
MICROScope is a real-time Point of Service mobile monitoring application available for iOS and Android. Featuring a modern and simplistic design, POS devices are listed with an online or offline status. When a device appears offline, a notification is immediately sent to the specified user(s), and to Link Established. Identifying a problem as soon as it starts can lead to further investigation, remote troubleshooting, and dispatch of a technician to resolve the matter.
